Danny Green (boxer)

Daniel Danny Green is an Australian health and fitness trainer and professional boxer. In 2014, Danny launched an online health and fitness program called Team Danny Green to help everyday people embrace a healthier lifestyle. Nicknamed The Green Machine, he is a former WBC super middleweight champion, WBA light heavyweight champion and a twotime IBO cruiserweight champion. Green holds notable victories over former world champions Eric Lucas, Stipe Drews, Roy Jones, Jr., and Manny Siaca.

Green was born onMarch 1973 in Perth, Western Australia. Greens father was forced to move his family from his farm in the WA wheat belt to Perth after yet another bad season. About his father, Green stated Dad taught me the values he learned growing up in the bush and fighting his way out of tough times and He told me that no matter how many times you get knocked down, you can always pick yourself up and start again. Green was educated at Newman College in Perth.
