Elizabeth Mitchell

Elizabeth Mitchell is an Emmynominated American actress known for her role as Dr. Juliet Burke on the ABC series Lost. She also had lead roles on the TV series V and Revolution, and recurred as the Snow Queen on Once Upon A Time. Mitchell has starred in such films as The Santa Clauseamp 3, Gia and The Purge Election Year.

Mitchell was born in Los Angeles, California. Her stepfather, Joseph Day Mitchell, and mother, Josephine Marian Mitchell , are lawyers based in Dallas. Mitchell and her mother moved to Dallas, Texas in 1970, where her mother married Joseph Mitchell in 1975. Mitchell graduated from Booker T. Washington High School for the Performing and Visual Arts, a public magnet school. She is the eldest of three sisters, the others being Kristina Helen Kristie Mitchell , and Katherine Day Kate Mitchell .
