Emily Osment

Emily Jordan Osment is an American actress, singer, and songwriter born in Los Angeles, California. After working in several television films in her childhood, she gained fame for costarring as the character Gerti Giggles in Spy Kids, Spy KidsThe Island of Lost Dreams and Spy Kids 3D Game Over. She went on to costar in the Emmy Awardnominated Disney Channel sitcom Hannah Montana as Lilly Truscott as well as the series movie, Hannah Montana The Movie. She also starred as Cassie in R. L. Stines The Haunting Hour Volume One Dont Think About It and the Disney Channel Original Movie, Dadnapped as Melissa Morris.

Osment was born in Los Angeles, California, where her family still resides, to actor Michael Eugene Osment, and Theresa Osment , an English teacher. She was raised as a Roman Catholic. Her father has appeared in various films, including her movie Soccer Mom, and her older brother is Academy Awardnominated actor Haley Joel Osment.
