Gilbert Arenas

Gilbert Jay Arenas, Jr. is an American retired professional basketball player.

Arenas was born in Tampa, Florida. His paternal greatgrandfather is originally from Cuba. Arenas was raised in the San Fernando Valley section of Los Angeles where he played basketball at Ulysses S. Grant High School. Hiswas retired by the school.
