Jado

Shoji Akiyoshi is a Japanese professional wrestler, better known by the ring name Jado . He is best known for his work in New Japan Pro Wrestling with his partner Gedo as The World Class Tag Team. Jado and Gedos careers have largely paralleled each other, except for a brief period Jado spent in Universal Lucha Libre in 1993, a stint in Frontier MartialArts Wrestling in 1997 where they were on opposing sides, and Jado not having emulated Gedos tour of North America with World Championship Wrestling. The World Class Tag team has held numerous championships in wrestling, including NJPWs IWGP Junior Heavyweight Tag Team Championship, the Universal Wrestling Associations UWAUWF Intercontinental Tag Team Title, and Dragon Gates International Junior Heavyweight Tag Team Championship, as well as having won NJPWs Super J Tag League once. Jado is the current head booker of Pro Wrestling Noah and he and Gedo are cohead bookers of NJPW.
