Jayson Granger

Jayson Granger is the son of Jeff Granger, a New Jersey born American professional basketball player who played in the Uruguayan Leage in the early 1980s. He became an Uruguayan citizen and played for the Uruguay national team, settling in Montevideo where Jayson was born.
