Alexey Dymovsky

Alexey Alexandrovich Dymovsky is a former militsiya officer who became famous in Russia for speaking out against corruption in law enforcement agencies on November 2009. He was arrested on suspicion of fraud onJanuary 2010.

Alexey Dymovsky was born onAugust 1977 in Blagoveshchensk, Soviet Union. In 1992, Dymovsky left the 11th Secondary School in Svobodny, and then entered the Svobodnensky Railway Technical School, received his degree in 1996. On leaving education, he did military service for a fixed period during 199698 in the Russian Ground Forces, and since February 2000 began a career in the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
