Alphonse Arthur Miville D%C3%A9ch%C3%AAne
AlphonseArthur Miville Dchne was a lumber merchant and political figure in Quebec. He represented LIslet in the Canadian House of Commons as a Liberal member from 1896 to 1901 and sat for De la Durantaye division in the Senate of Canada from 1901 to 1902.
He was born in LIslet, Canada East, the son of Alfred Miville, dit Dechne, and was educated at the Collge SainteAnne. In 1891, he married Aurore Ouillet. He served as mayor of SaintPamphile. Dchne died in office at the age of 54.
