Botho Wendt August Graf zu Eulenburg was a Prussian statesman.
Eulenburg was born in Wicken near Bartenstein to Botho Heinrich zu Eulenburg and Therese ne von Dnhoff . He studied law at the universities of Knigsberg and Bonn.
