Elika Bukov is a pageant titleholder from the Czech Republic who won the title of Czech Miss 2008 as a 19yearold. Bukov represented the Czech Republic at the Miss Universe 2008 pageant in Nha Trang, Vietnam on July 14, 2008 where she placed as one of semifinalists in the Topand finished in 11th place. Judge Nadine Velazquez commented after the swimsuit contest, Elika has a rack that makes the rest of us women extremely jealous
