Elle Downs

Elle Downs is a Canadian actress who has appeared in film and television since 1996.

Downs was born in Toronto, Ontario, and is a sixth generation Canadian of African Canadian and Native American descent. Her father was born in Kingston, Jamaica. She won the title of Miss Black Canada and went on to become a popular supporting actress in many Torontobased films and series.
