Enoch Cook was an English cricketer who played for Derbyshire in 1878 and 1879.
Cook was born in Sandiacre, Derbyshire and moved to Long Eaton, where he was a lace maker. He first played for a Derbyshire side in 1870, before the clubs first official season in a match against MCC. He made his first class debut for Derbyshire during the 1878 season, in a match against Kent. Cook represented the Derbyshire team in three further matches during the season, the first of which saw the team come out victors by an innings margin.
