Frank Charles Bunnell was a Republican member of the U.S. House of Representatives from Pennsylvania.
Frank C. Bunnell was born in Washington Township, Pennsylvania. He attended the district rural school and Wyoming Seminary in Kingston, Pennsylvania, until he enlisted as a private in Company B, Fiftysecond Regiment, Pennsylvania Volunteers, in September 1861. He was promoted and served as quartermaster sergeant of his regiment during the peninsular campaign under General McClellan. He was discharged from the service April 2, 1863, on a surgeons certificate of disability. He was engaged in mercantile pursuits from 1864 to 1869. He moved to Tunkhannock, Pennsylvania, and engaged in agricultural pursuits and in banking.
