Girolamo Priuli (1486%E2%80%931567)

Girolamo Priuli was a Venetian noble, who served as the eightythird Doge of Venice, fromSeptember 1559 until his sudden death from a stroke in 1567. He was the elder brother of the preceding doge, Lorenzo Priuli. Girolamos face is familiar from Tintorettos portrait.
