Gustavus Arthur Talbot
Gustavus Arthur Talbot was a British member of parliament and a Coalition Conservative politician. He was the Member of Parliament for Hemel Hempstead from 1918 until his death in 1920.
Talbot was born onDecember 1848 at Withington, Gloucestershire, the son of the Reverend George ChetwyndTalbot and he was educated at Wellington College, Berkshire. He became a member of the Legislative Council of Ceylon. Talbot was a justice of the peace and between 1914 and 1920 he was mayor of Hemel Hempstead.
