Helen Rosenthal
Helen Rosenthal is the Council member for the 6th District of the New York City Council. She is a Democrat. The district includes the Upper West Side of Manhattan.
Rosenthal was born in Detroit, Michigan and received a B.A. in socioeconomic policy and political theory from Michigan State University in 1982, and a Masters in Public Health from Yale University in 1987.
