Hendrik Seyffardt
Hendrik Alexander Seyffardt was a Dutch general, who during World War II collaborated with Nazi Germany during the occupation of Netherlands, most notably as a figurehead of the Dutch Legion, a unit of the WaffenSS on the Eastern Front.
