Henry Clay Evans
Henry Clay Evans was an American politician and businessman who represented Tennessees 3rd district in the United States House of Representatives from 1889 to 1891, and was twice a candidate for Governor of Tennessee . He also served as U.S. Commissioner of Pensions from 1897 to 1902, and as U.S. consul to London from 1902 to 1905.
