Marcel Claude
Marcel Henri Claude Reyes is a Chilean economist, academic, and political activist. He is currently an independent candidate to become President of Chile in the Chilean presidential election, 2013, and has been endorsed by the Humanist Party.
Claude was born onFebruary 1957 in Santiago de Chile to Rolande Hugo Claude Dellepiane, a native of Concepcin, and Leyla del Carmen Reyes Maluje.
