Nidia Ruth Vlchez Yucra is a Peruvian politician and a former Member of Congress representing Junn for the 20062011 term. Vlchez belongs to the Peruvian Aprista Party. She also served as a government minister on women and housing issues. She became Secretary General of the Political Commission of the Peruvian Aprista Party
