Norbert Jacques
Norbert Jacques was a Luxembourgian Germanlanguage novelist, journalist and screenwriter. He was born in LuxembourgEich, Luxembourg, and died in Koblenz, West Germany. He created the character Doctor Mabuse who was a feature of some of his novels, including Mabuses Colony. Jacques is known best for his work for German cinema. He is credited with writing the scripts forfilms made between 1922 and 1990. In 1922 he received German citizenship.
