Pascual Ortiz Rubio
Pascual Ortiz Rubio was a Mexican politician and the President of Mexico from 1930 to 1932.
He was born in Morelia, Michoacn, as the son of Pascual Ortiz de Ayala y Huerta and Lenor Rubio Cornelis. He served as president from 1930 to 1932, having previously served as Governor of Michoacn from 1917 to 1918 and as secretary of communications from 1920 to 1921.
