Paul Regina was an American actor. Primarily known for his work on television, he made his debut in that medium on the series Police Woman, starring Angie Dickinson. He is perhaps best known for his portrayal of Cliff Waters in the series Brothers. Other notable appearances include a recurring role in L.A. Law, a regular role in the 1993 The Untouchables television series, and starring in the 1996 film Its My Party.
Regina was born on October 25, 1956, in Brooklyn, New York. One of five children, his father, Paul Joseph Regina, was a tradesman his mother, Irma , worked for the Internal Revenue Service . He grew up in Medford, New York, and graduated from PatchogueMedford High School in 1974. He married Nancy Dye, a teacher of one of his improv workshops, in 1990 they had a daughter, Nicolette.
