Peter Bowness, Baron Bowness

Peter Spencer Bowness, Baron Bowness, Kt, CBE, DL is a British Conservative politician, solicitor, and life peer. Since 1996, he has been a member of the House of Lords.

Bowness was born onMay 1943. He was educated at Whitgift School, an allboys independent school in South Croydon, London. He was graduated from the University of Law and he began to work as a solicitor in 1966.
