Peter Waage

Peter Waage , the son of a ships captain, was a significant Norwegian chemist and professor at the Royal Frederick University. Along with his brotherinlaw Cato Maximilian Guldberg, he codiscovered and developed the law of mass action between 1864 and 1879.
