Pierre Bachand

Pierre Bachand was a lawyer and politician from Lower Canada who studied law with LouisVictor Sicotte in SaintHyacinthe. He was, at various times, deputy protonotary of the Superior Court and assistant clerk of the Circuit Court in his area.
