Gregory Alan Dreiling is a retired American professional basketball player. A 71 center who attended Wichita State University and later transferred and graduated from the University of Kansas, he was selected by the Indiana Pacers in the second round of the 1986 NBA Draft. Dreiling carved out a tenseason career as a backup center, playing for the Pacers as well as the Dallas Mavericks and Cleveland Cavaliers.
