Albert Camille Vital
Brigadier General Albert Camille Vital is a Malagasy Army officer, politician and civil engineer. He was Prime Minister of Madagascar from 2009 to 2011, and he has been Permanent Representative to the United Nations Office at Geneva since 2012. He is the president of the Parti Hiaraka Isika.
