Alberto Jover Piamonte

Alberto Jover Piamonte, D.D., JCD., was the fourth Archbishop of Jaro in the Philippines. Mons. Piamonte was himself a native of the District of Jaro, Iloilo City, which was another chartered city during the last years of the Spanish Regime in the Philippines. He was born in Iloilo City onNovember 1934. After doing his studies in Philosophy and Theology at St. Vincent Ferrer Seminary, he was ordained priest of the Archdiocese of Jaro, onMarch 1958.
