Alec Cartio
Alireza Sabahi better known as Alec Cartio , is an IranianSwede music video and commercial and film director. He is best known for his music video work that changed the Iranian music video business. He currently resides and works in Los Angeles.
Alec Cartio was born Alireza Sabahi in Tehran, Iran to Iranian parents onSeptember 1976. He immigrated to Sweden, where he started his as a member of the Malmbased Swedish boy band Get Wet later renamed Caymen. It was signed to Sony BMG and was active in the 1990s. They released a number of singles and had moderate success in Scandinavian countries that they toured on several occasions.
