Alfonso Barrantes Ling%C3%A1n
Alfonso Barrantes Lingn was a Peruvian politician most active in the mid1980s.
He was born in San Miguel Province, Cajamarca, Peru in 1927. He lived with his mother in the Lima Province of San Miguel. He studied law at the National University of San Marcos and became involved with the APRA party who ironcally would become his political enemy. He would become president of the Student Association.
