Bai Fang Li

The Virtuous Mr. Bai Fang Li Bai Fangli was a Chinese pedicab driver and a philanthropist in Tianjin who donated 350,000 yuan over a span ofyears to enable more than 300 poor students to continue with their studies.

Bai Fang Li was born in Hebei Province and lived with his wife and daughter, Bai Jinfeng.
