Behgjet Pacolli

Behgjet Isa Pacolli is a former President of the Republic of Kosovo, and First Deputy Prime Minister in the cabinet of Hashim Thai in which he served until the formation of the new government onDecember 2014. Pacolli was one of the signatories of 2008 Kosovo declaration of independence.
