Blake Wheeler
Blake James Wheeler is an American professional ice hockey right winger and an alternate captain for the Winnipeg Jets of the National Hockey League . He was drafted by the Phoenix Coyotes in the first round, fifth overall, in the 2004 NHL Entry Draft. Wheeler was born in Plymouth, Minnesota, but grew up in Robbinsdale, Minnesota. After failing to come to terms on a contract with the Phoenix Coyotes, he signed with the Boston Bruins as a Free Agent.
