Robert H. Bob Young was a television news journalist for ABC News. He served as the anchor of The ABC Evening News from October 1967 to May 1968. Youngs most noteworthy broadcast took place on April 4, 1968, when he anchored ABCs coverage of the assassination of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.
