Borys Kolesnikov
Borys Viktorovych Kolesnikov is secretary of the Party of Regions presidium, people deputy in Verkhovna Rada, Head of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Transport and Communications, former Deputy Prime Minister of Ukraine and the Minister of Infrastructure of Ukraine. He is the owner and president of the HC Donbass ice hockey club. The team is participating on Kontinental Hockey League and as HC Donbass2 on the Ukrainian Professional Hockey League .
