Brian Vickers


Brian Lee Vickers is an American professional stock car and sports car racing driver. He last drove the No.Chevrolet SS for StewartHaas Racing as an interim driver in the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series for the injured Tony Stewart. He won the 2003 NASCAR Busch Series championship driving for Hendrick Motorsports. Vickers was also among the first series of fulltime drivers for Toyota after the manufacturer first entered NASCAR.

The son of Clyde and Ramona Vickers, Vickers was born in Thomasville, North Carolina. Vickers is a fan of golf and attends several golfevents that NASCAR drivers often host in offseasons. He also loves traveling, hanggliding and diving underwater. Currently he lives in Daytona Beach, Florida where he spends time with his family and pursues most of his hobbies.
