Chou Hsi wei

Chou Hsiwei is a former Taipei County magistrate in Taiwan. He was formerly a member of the Peoples First Party, but switched allegiance to the Kuomintang shortly before the county chief elections. He previously served as a legislator in the Legislative Yuan of the Republic of China.
