Christian Schwarz Schilling

Professor Dr. Christian SchwarzSchilling , is a German politician, entrepreneur, philanthropist and media and telecommunications innovator. He is the son of the composer Reinhard SchwarzSchilling and is married to the author MarieLuise SchwarzSchilling with whom he has two children. He is a Catholic. During a trip to Poland in 2003, SchwarzSchilling discovered that his mother, Polish pianist Dusza von Hakrid was in fact Jewish. In 1938 a German civil servant altered his mothers Jewish maiden name and therefore saved her from Nazi persecution.
