Claver Gatete
Claver Gatete is a Rwandan politician and former ambassador, who currently serves as the Minister of Finance and Economic Planning in the Rwandan government. He has previously served as the Governor of the National Bank of Rwanda and as Rwandas ambassador to the United Kingdom, Ireland, and Iceland.
Claver Gatete was born in Mbarara, Uganda onMay 1962, where he was raised and educated. In 1991, he graduated from the University of British Columbia, Vancouver with an undergraduate degree in Agricultural Economics he pursued the same course at the same university at Masters level and graduated in 1993.
