David Fraser Hidalgo
David FraserHidalgo is an Ecuadorianborn American politician and a member of the Maryland House of Delegates representing Districtin Montgomery County, Maryland. Marylands Legislative Districtis Montgomery Countys largest district both in terms of geographic area and population and includes Boyds, Clarksburg, Darnestown, Germantown, Poolesville, Potomac, Dickerson, Barnesville, Beallsville as well as parts of Gaithersburg, North Potomac, and Rockville. Delegate FraserHidalgo was appointed to complete the term of Brian J. Feldman following Feldmans appointment to a Senate seat.
FraserHidalgo was born November 25, 1969 in Quito, Ecuador. He grew up in Montgomery County, Maryland, attending Albert Einstein High School in Kensington, Maryland. In 1992, he earned a B.A. in History from St. Marys College of Maryland.
