David John Malloy
David John Malloy is an American prelate of the Roman Catholic Church who serves as the ninth Bishop of the Diocese of Rockford, Illinois.
Malloy was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He received his bachelors degree in Biology at Marquette University in 1978. After completing a year of theology at St. Francis Seminary in Milwaukee, he studied theology at the Pontifical North American College, Rome and at the Pontifical Gregorian University in Rome from 1979 to 1982.
