Dennis Zine
Dennis Phillip Zine is a politician. He served on the Los Angeles City Council representing the 3rd district from 2001 to 2013. He was elected to City Council in 2001 and reelected in 2005 and 2009. He was a member of the Republican Party but changed his registration to Decline to State in 2011.
