Donald R. Lobaugh

Donald Ronald Lobaugh was a United States Army soldier and a recipient of the United States militarys highest decorationthe Medal of Honorfor his actions in World War II.

In 1965, a vehicular cantilever bridge across the Allegheny River between Buffalo Township and Allegheny Township, Pennsylvania was named in Lobaughs honor. Lobaugh was born in the nearby town of Freeport, Pennsylvania.
