Femi Fani Kayode

David Oluwafemi Adewunmi Abdulateef FaniKayode is a Nigerian politician, essayist, poet and lawyer. He was a member of the ruling Peoples Democratic Party . He was with the oppositions All Progressive Congress until June 2014 when he returned to the ruling Peoples Democratic Party. Although his family lineage originates from Osun, he was born in Lagos, Nigeria, onOctober 1960 to Chief Victor Babaremilekun Adetokunboh FaniKayode and to Chief Adia Adunni FaniKayode. He is an IleIfe chieftain of Yoruba descent.
