Fernando Gmez Esparza is a Mexican politician affiliated to the Institutional Revolutionary Party. As of 2014 he served as Senator of the LVIII and LIX Legislatures of the Mexican Congress representing Aguascalientes and as Deputy of the LVII Legislature.
