Francis Aylmer Maxwell

Brigadier General Francis Aylmer Maxwell, VC, CSI, DSO amp Bar was an English Army officer in the Second Boer War and World War I. He was a recipient of the Victoria Cross , the highest and most prestigious award for gallantry in the face of the enemy that can be awarded to British and Commonwealth forces.
