Frank Gainer

Francis Frank Leo Pop Gainer was a provincial level politician from Alberta, Canada. He served as a member of the Legislative Assembly of Alberta from 1955 to 1967. During his time in office he sat as a Coalition member in the legislature as a supporter of both the Progressive Conservative and Liberal parties.
