Gerry Kissell


Gerry Kissell is an American comic book artist best known for his work for IDW Publishing, and their graphic novel Code Word Geronimo, which he served as its creator as well as artist. Gerry has been hailed by IDW Publishings CEO Ted Adams as being an art making machine. Just a beast. A former U.S. Army combat medic, he focused most of his career on doing military themed projects, including doing book covers for best selling authors Dale Dye and John M Del Vecchio, and designing the logos for Dale Dyes companies, Warriors Inc., and Warrior Publishing Group. With Dale Dye and Julia Dye as writers, Gerrys graphic novel Code Word Geronimo has been covered by most of the major news agencies as well as minor and reachedon Diamond Comics top 100 graphic novels for the month of October, 2011.
