Gwendolyn Rutten
Gwendolyn Angeline Albert Maria Rutten is a Belgian politician. She is a member of the Flemish liberal party. At the moment she is a federal representative and the chairwoman of Open VLD since 2012.
Rutten was born in Hasselt, and read Law and International Politics at the Catholic University of Leuven.
